Here is the second batch of rum from C.A.C.D. in Venezuela bottled by That Boutique-y Rum Company! A wonderful rum with a multi-column still, matured for 13 years and bottled at a nice 60.1% alcohol content. This expression offers a magnificent look at the fantastic Venezuelan rum: just as the airplane window on the label offers a magnificent look at Mount Roraima! Batch 2 is an edition of 411 bottles.

Fragrance: plum, peach, red licorice, a hint of spicy lemon, cut grass and dark chocolate. Palate: Tart molasses, more citrus, raspberries, heavy vanilla. Finish: Dried fruit galore, with a hint of almond and oily walnut.
