Vermouth Carpano Bianco (1L, 14.9% Vol.)
Very light straw yellow in colour, it has a fresh and differentiated nose, in which the vinous note is identified, reminiscent of must, together with hints of exotic fruit, white peach, kiwi and light citrus notes, with a finish of almond and hazelnut. The tasting initially highlights a soft and velvety body, and then leaves room for vinous sensations and mineral puffs that make it clean, dry and convincing, with hints of walnut husk and toasted dried fruit.

Excellent served cold, either neat or with ice, with a slice of grapefruit.
