Color: Light amber with golden reflections.

Aroma: The notes of peat smoke are softened thanks to the action of the sherry casks and followed by notes of seaweed, spices, sweet wood and sherry.

Taste: Rich with peat blending with notes of sherry, coffee, orange, sea salt and a touch of pepper with hints of tobacco.

Finish: Long with peat as a background to notes of liquorice, sea spray and hints of coffee.
