The Nikka “From The Barrel” is a whiskey full of character and exuberance. The nose is balanced with floral notes of lilac, fresh fruit and sweet spices in evidence. On the palate it is full-bodied and incisive, notes of spices and toffee combine with hints of caramel and vanilla. The finish is long and fruity with notes of oak and spice. One of the best blends currently in circulation, triumphant in its category at the infamous World Whiskey Awards of 2007 and 2010.
