Springbank Whiskey 10 years: it is a Single Malt matured exclusively in ex sherry and ex bourbon oak barrels. This 10 year old single malt is not cold filtered or artificially coloured. Of medium peat. Like all Campbeltown whiskies, it is deeply influenced by the sea and with its salty, savory and iodine notes it seems to lead us directly to the Kintyre coast. It has a golden-yellow color. On the nose, peaty hints emerge, of ripe fruit and citrus fruits, spices, cocoa and chestnut honey. The taste is intense and spicy, with hints of peat and ripe fruit, dried fruit and candied fruit, dark spices and acacia honey.
