Wild Turkey 101 is bottled, as the name suggests, at 101 "proof", i.e. with an alcohol content of 50.5%! It is a very successful blend of bourbons aged between 6, 7 and 8 years in American oak barrels (the infamous No.4 Alligator), which has managed to gain the favor of critics, winning numerous awards for some of the most important competitions in the world, such as the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

At sight it presents a precious yellow-amber tone, on the nose sweet hints of vanilla and caramel prevail, with hints of candied citrus peel which with the passage of time open up to intense notes of toffee and oak wood. When tasted it is rich and powerful, with a clear soul of spices, especially black pepper and hints of dried fruit.
