Pallini Limoncello je prirodni liker koji proizvodi Pallini u Italiji od 1875. godine. Infuzija koja se koristi dobiva se od dragocjenih Sfusato limuna, koji dolaze isključivo s obale Amalfi. Limuni, ubrani ručno, odmah se natapaju, tako da su njihova svježina i okus sadržani u svakoj boci. Njegova je upotreba praktički beskonačna – za piće čisto, s ledom, izravno iz hladnjaka, ili se koristi u koktelima i kuhanju. Nitko se ne može mjeriti s njegovim tipičnim talijanskim okusom.
