EU Grape Brandy Uvarossa Nonino 70 Cl

It is obtained from the harmonious union of grape distillates distilled separately from native Friulian Monovitigni® such as Schioppettino, Refosco and Fragolino. Soft and velvety, with great aromatic richness with hints of berries and slightly spicy.

Raw material: Selection of Monovitigno® Schioppettino, Refosco and Fragolino red grapes, harvested fresh at the right ripeness to keep the aromas and flavors of the original vine intact.

Fermentation: Vacuum in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, followed immediately by distillation to avoid harmful secondary fermentations.

Artisan Distillation: Discontinuous with the cutting of heads and tails, in particular exclusive steam stills created by Benito Nonino for the distillation of grapes. The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the aromas, correct evaporation and consequent condensation while maintaining the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen vine intact.

Production: Closely linked to the harvest of the vintage harvest.

Rest: From 6 months to a year in stainless steel containers.

Tasting: It should be served at approximately 12° C or in a chilled glass opened like a tulip corolla. Before tasting, ÙE Uvarossa must rest for a few minutes in the glass: by oxygenating itself, the aromas are enhanced, the nose-palate harmony is completed.

When and how to drink it: drunk, sipped, sipped at the end of a lunch or at any time of the day, it is a source of true pleasure!

In the kitchen: Thanks to its aromatic richness, ÙE Uvarossa can be added to enhance the flavor in ice cream, sorbet and berry fruit salad. Unforgettable in combination with bitter chocolate or chocolate-based desserts.
