Agricola Paglione The eclectic Puglia Bianco BIO 2022

The Eclectic It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, slightly cloudy due to lack of filtration; in the olfactory phase it highlights a strong hint of ripe fruit, with a slight sensation of flint. On the palate it is full-bodied, with a fair acidity which is supported by a marked flavor; this identifies a great level of combinability.

Paglione wines are born from a careful selection of the grapes followed by delicate destemming and vinification at a controlled temperature. During the fermentation phase, the must is subjected to pumping over and punching down processes which guarantee the desired extraction of the constituents present in the skins. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, i.e. without the addition of selected yeasts. The product obtained is subsequently refined and is not subjected to any pre-bottling clarification or filtration treatment.
