The recipe for Amaro Bràulio is unique and unrepeatable, the result of organoleptic intuition and profound preparation pharmacological. Discovery by the pharmacist Francesco Peloni has been handed down to this day, but has always remained secret. We only know that the original recipe contains herbs and medicinal plants including yarrow muscat, juniper berries, absinthe and gentian roots. Amaro Braulio was born in Bormio, in Valtellina, in 1875 from the expert research of the pharmacist Francesco Peloni.
