A skilful mix of herbs and spices, cultivated with care and carefully preserved in the Convent's herbarium: it is from here that our friars started to create their extraordinary bitter, tonic and refreshing, which gave joy to anyone who drank it.

Today, more than five centuries after its birth, the Convent of San Giovanni comes back to life.
We enriched the original recipe by infusing the herbs in the 35-year-aged brandy and finishing everything with a passage in the barrel, but its soul remained the same: a soft, spicy Amaro Riserva, which tastes of the little things that make you happy.
