Nozzole Il Pareto is produced with grapes from the vineyard of the same name located in the historic Nozzole estate owned by us in the municipality of Greve in Chianti.

THE EARTH

Production area: Pareto is produced with grapes from the vineyard of the same name located in our historic Nozzole estate in the municipality of Greve in ChiantiAltitude: from 330 to 370 meters above sea level.

The grape

Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 100%

IN THE BASEMENT

Vinification: maceration with délestage and pumping over in stainless steel wine vessels at a controlled temperature of 28°C. Duration: approximately 22 days. Maturation: in steel for the first 2 months, then toasted 225 liter French oak barrels with turnover (30% new, 40% one year, 30% two years) for 18 months Aging: minimum 6 months in the bottle

 

THE WINE

Tasting: Deep ruby ​​red color. Extremely intense enveloping nose with descriptors of red fruits, pomegranate, tobacco, balsamic wax, vanilla etc. Dry in the mouth, with great sensorial power, rich in vinous aromas, with great sweet-bitter balance, perfect harmony, very clear, descriptors of cocoa, coffee, pepper and red fruit salad. A wine of great sensorial fullness in which the relative youth does not detract from the sensorial greatness. Complete, exciting and rare wine.
