Color: Ruby red with intense violet reflections.

Perfume: In the bouquet you can recognize black cherry, black pepper and dried flowers.

Taste: Important body with hints of plum and cherry, balanced with a strong tannic note and a pleasant sensation of freshness. Harmonious and intense with warm mineral tones.

Pairing: Excellent to accompany meat-based dishes (rabbit, veal, lamb) and medium-aged cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13.0%

TERRITORY
Salento is identified by three climatic elements: the sun, creator of
generous sugar levels, the sea, responsible for the minerality of the wines,
and the wind that makes this territory naturally free from diseases and
particularly suitable for the production of "natural" wines.
Characterized by extensive flat areas and modest hilly reliefs,
Salento is geologically made up of a medium limestone structure
dough.

GRAPES
Primitivo, a native black grape variety from Puglia. He owes his
name to the characteristic vegetative phases of the plant, all early,
from ripening to budding, from flowering to veraison,
from which the old name of “Primaticcio” derives.
