A peaty, medicinal 2013 Caol Ila single malt from independent bottler La Maison du Whiskey, matured for seven years before being bottled as part of its Artist Collective series. Aromas of ash, tobacco, smoldering peat, smoke, seaweed, lime and grapefruit fill the nose, complemented by notes of acacia honey, lemon, sea salt, pineapple, black licorice, plums and richly smoked bacon.
