The celebration of Valentini'sMontepulciano d'Abruzzo has survived for 133 years. A stable and long-lasting pure Montepulciano, based on the balance of its components, that harmony arising from opposites that has allowed it to live over time, beyond expectations.

After more than a century, the clarity of the wine is surprising in the glass, expressing itself in a warm amber-coloured luminosity with green-gold reflections, a gradation of colors similar to that of a cognac. The nose represents the indicator of a stable balance and is pronounced in a seductive composition of aromas, certainly shaped by oxidative hints, but all of astonishing beauty in which one can recognize aromas that recall ancient wood, dried fruit, aromatic herbs, saffron and coffee cream, the latter a typical scent of Valentini wines which derives from native yeasts and consolidates the idea of ​​a single, continually evolving path. The cleanliness of the wine is surprising on the sip, an innate elegance accompanied by an incredible and lasting freshness, an important taste-olfactory persistence that ends with a bright push of liquorice, a tendency that we can welcome and define as pleasantly bitter.
