Fermentation and aging:

TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow, the nose expresses notes of fresh fruit and yellow flowers. In the mouth it is ample, tasty, with great freshness and flavor, tannins present but not intrusive.

The elegance and freshness of the agere places it at the start of a meal (risotto) but also excellent as an aperitif
