CHARACTERISTICS Don't be fooled by the light and feminine color. This wine is treacherous. It is an eye dew with a pink and yellowish shade. But I repeat, don't be fooled! Born from black grapes, the skill in processing has created this excellent white table wine. It is a nectar that is born black and ends white, in a game of ambiguity between what is and what appears. I wanted to dedicate it to Claudio Grajano d'Asti, known as Grajan. The only soldier who in the Barletta Challenge, despite being Piedmontese, decides to side with the French and, when accused by Ettore Fieramosca of being a traitor, replies sincerely and venomously that a good soldier of fortune has his homeland where he has his bread. And he was a good soldier. Some things, although true, are not said when sober.
