CHARACTERISTICS
Rosé wine obtained from the bloodletting of Nero di Troia. Old vine about 30 years old, espalier, non-irrigated, conducted with integrated farming techniques. Harvest first ten days of October.

Pink color with strong purple hues characteristic of the vine
Thermo-controlled fermentation with the use of indigenous yeasts for approximately 7 days
Perfume and Aroma: the aromas are intense, of red fruit: cherry, currant, berries
Palate: in the mouth it takes on the typical acidity of the vine, with good body and moderate length and good persistence

    Alcohol content 12%
    Serving temperature 12° C
    Wide possibility of pairing, preferably        with seafood-based dishes.
    Aging in steel for approximately 4/5 months
    Unfiltered wine, may contain deposits
