With this wine, Rivera wanted to combine the richness of character and aromas from the clear hint of violet of Nero di Troia with the freshness of the fruit and drinkability. The result is a wine that expresses immediate pleasure to the nose and palate, while maintaining a discreet structure and complexity. To be appreciated at cellar temperature alone or paired with soups, pastas with tasty sauces and meats.

Variety: 100% Nero di Troia.
Vinification: Maceration of the skins at 24°C for 9-10 days with pumping over and delestage.
Aging: 18 months in vitrified concrete tanks with micro-oxygenation.
Tasting notes: Elegant notes of blackcurrant and violet on a fruity palate with an agile structure.
Alcohol content: 13%
