Elderflower liqueur
The alcoholic part is made up of tasty alcohol of agricultural origin. It is obtained by infusing dried elderflowers in ethyl alcohol for a period of no less than 10 days. The next phase involves the extraction of the infusion with the separation of the liquid part from the solid part (flowers). The infusion thus obtained is used as is in the hydroalcoholic mixture, the basis of the liqueur.

CHARACTERISTICS
The taste-olfactory intensity of the elderberry note, enveloping and delicate, recalls the naturalness of elderflowers.
It is perfect in mixing. It can in fact be used for the preparation of numerous cocktails including the Hugo, with the addition of prosecco, and the mojito. Very pleasant even when served neat or with ice. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 20% by volume.
