Severe and ripe tannins, fresh acidity and round and feminine structure.

This Barbaresco demonstrates incredible finesse, excellent balance and a long and persistent finish.

Pairing: baked or roasted white meats, grilled or grilled meats and vegetables, stewed meat, game, roasts, cheeses.

Serving temperature: 18 °C. Uncork the bottle at least 2 hours before serving.
