With a garnet red color, the ethereal and pleasant scent is intense with hints of spice and liquorice.

Its flavor is austere but velvety, robust and harmonious. Elegant and powerful, with sweet and soft tannins of long persistence.

Pairings: red meat dishes and hard or mature cheeses. Excellent as meditation.

Serving temperature: 18°C. Uncork the bottle at least 2 hours before serving.
