Bitter Pallini is produced using an ancient and secret family recipe.

Bittering herbs, aromatic plants and fruit, including: absinthe, gentian and bitter orange peel, are left to infuse in a mixture of alcohol and water. Subsequently the solution is left to macerate and decant so that the product can reach its maximum clarity.

The finished product has an intense aroma and a ruby ​​red colour, it can be used straight or mixed.
