Bluwer Gin is a 100% natural gin, made with 15 botanicals and the butterfly pea flower, whose magical power is to transform the color of the drink. Born from the singularity, when it meets citric acid, such as tonic or lemon, it changes, from dark blue to light purple.

Fresh scent with floral and citrus tones of orange or mandarin and spices.

It has an intense flavor and a full botanical sense to remember, highlighting ginger, citrus, rosemary and juniper.

It is handcrafted in the Portuguese Alentejo, where fifteen premium botanicals harvested in nine countries are distilled. The product is added in a single infusion of flowers brought by Thailand Butterfly Pea, which provides a rich color and the power to transform into another color when mixed with citric acid.
