Buffalo Trace Distillery is dedicated solely to the production of Bourbon following the traditional recipe which involves the use of only local ingredients, i.e. corn, rye, and barley malt blended together with the purest and most crystalline water in the entire area. The buffalo on the label is not a random choice: a characteristic animal of the area and a sign of recognition adopted by the pioneers who first settled it, it symbolizes strength, might and tenacity, which are the values that the company has carried forward for centuries and which found in the glass, for this highly appreciated product, which is reconfirmed in numerous competitions every year!
Very deep amber yellow color, it presents aromas of caramel, vanilla and tree bark. On the palate we are immediately greeted by the sweetness of the caramel, fused with notes of dry pastry that end with a light sensation of flavor. Very good persistence, with spicy hints of cinnamon.
