Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year Old is a very nice bourbon indeed, and is now a very popular expression. The Bulleit 10 pulp is made up of 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley, giving it a delicious creamy palate. The nose opens with toasted oak with creamy vanilla, leading to a palate of dried fruit and more vanilla. The finish is rich and with an alcohol content of 45.6%, this is a very beautiful expression to say the least.
