Aromatic, intense and enveloping bouquet. Full, fresh and persistent flavor with a pleasant acidity.

Gastronomic pairing and serving temperature: Fascinating as a meditation wine, it also pairs very well with dishes such as: ham and melon, shellfish and the spicy and spicy cuisines of the Mediterranean area. It is suggested to serve at 8° – 10°C.
