TASTING NOTES:
View: antique pink with fine, persistent pearl.
Nose: intensely aromatic with notes of yeast and large bouquet roses and violets.
Mouth: it has a fresh and full flavour, with hints of strawberry and raspberry.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Veneto.
VINEYARD: Maschio Cavalier Dei Cellars.
GRAPES: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Noir, Raboso.
AGING: in stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest with a selection of grapes that undergo delicate pressing and very important maceration processes. alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and duration, and then move to aging and bottling.
PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif, with risottos and white meats. It is also recommended to try fruit and cream desserts.
