It presents itself to the eye with a bright platinum color. The nose is filled with intense aromas which together compose a harmonious olfactory structure, made mainly of candied fruit and spices to which are added, after a while, hints of coriander, incense and lemon essence. In the mouth, the vinosity of the vermouth reigns supreme, nuanced by a pleasant acidic note that opens up to a fresh and balsamic flavour, with an aftertaste of citrus fruits and green apple.
