VARIETY
Prevalence of Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller percentages of Cabernet Franc.

PRODUCTION METHOD
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (25-28°) in steel vats.

Aging: in 225 and 350 l French oak barriques. for about 10 months

THE WINEMAKER'S COMMENT
Intense and complex aroma, characterized by hints of blueberry and fruit jam followed by notes of tobacco and cocoa. In the mouth it is soft, with sweet and elegant tannins. A long and persistent finish on the palate. Wine with good aging potential
