PRODUCTION METHOD
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (25-30°) in steel vats.

Aging: 24 months, of which 12 in wood

THE WINEMAKER'S COMMENT
Balanced and elegant wine. The nose is complex and characterized by varietal notes of plum and blackberry jam, accompanied by tertiary hints of liquorice, vanilla and leather. Excellent structure; long and persistent finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS
It goes perfectly with Tuscan dishes, such as tortelli with ragù or peposo.
