“Centerba Toro” comes from a skilful mix of aromatic and wild herbs, well known in herbal medicine, and fine spices hand-picked by expert pickers on Mount Morrone, which is the last offshoot of the Maiella.

Transported in special bags, the best herbs are dried in environments protected from sudden changes in temperature and humidity and after a wise dosage, they are placed in alcohol to macerate: the dosage of the selected varieties and the infusion time come from the secret recipe created by the founder Beniamino Toro in 1817, jealously guarded by the Toro family and handed down from generation to generation.
