Tasting notes

 

Golden straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose it expresses beautiful and intense notes of green apple, citrus fruit, white flowers embellished with a strong mineral, almost chalky trace.

On the palate it is sumptuous, fresh, seductive, very long and very pleasant.

Pairings Excellent aperitif, goes well with sushi and sashimi, scallops, oysters, seafood in general.
