The Champagne Cuvée 746 Extra Brut by Jacquesson seduces in the glass with its straw yellow color with golden reflections enlivened by a fine perlage. On the nose it is an intense succession of aromas of candied yellow pulp fruit, dried fruit and yellow citrus fruits intertwined with mineral notes. The sip is rich and silky, supported by a fine aromatic complexity and a deep mineral freshness that persists in the long finish. Excellent as a wine throughout the meal, it goes well with fresh and mature cheeses and tasty seafood recipes based on fish and shellfish. Surprising in combination with white meats.
