Beautiful white gold color with green reflections. Fine, melted bubbles. It begins with fruity hints that evoke maturity, followed by delicate floral notes, all in a finely toasted whole. Good maturity with buttery and brioche hints. In the mouth it is broad and delicate, well balanced between sweetness and freshness, power and a fine and fresh finish with notes of lemon.

Pairing: Aperitifs, fish in sauce, up to cheeses, at any time of the day.
