This rosé champagne has approximately 100% bleed through. Once served, we observe a well-supported pink color with an expressive nose. On the palate it expresses a fleshy and fruity rosé with a sensation of sparkling freshness. It will be served for aperitifs or desserts based on fruit and bitter chocolate.
