Chardonnay is at home all over the world. Even in the area around the city of Merano this renowned variety of white wine finds the best conditions to thrive. Thanks to the ideal combination of the various geographical areas and altitudes, this vine is able to best express all its peculiarities and richness of aromas.

A white wine that fascinates.

VINIFICATION: Cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in small stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation. Maturation on yeasts for 5 months.

GROWING AREA: Lagundo, Merano, Scena, Lana, Marlengo280 - 450m

SOILS: sandy, clayey, enriched with humus, granite and gneiss

PAIRING: fish, seafood, meat (white), risotto and Käsenocken (bread and cheese dumplings)

ALCOHOL: 14.0%

TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.9 g/l

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.5 g/l
