Inspired by the Minke Whale, the majestic creatures that swim wildly off our Atlantic Ocean coasts. The local coast itself is home to the unique botany that gives Minke Gin its distinct flavor profile.

Fresh and fruity, pungent, then the Rock Samphire from our local cliffs becomes obvious with some notes of green fennel. Lightly salty with red peppercorns on the finish.
