Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro (0.75L, 16% Vol.)
Vermouth Amaro Cocchi was created based on Giulio Cocchi's original recipe where artemisia was enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and a double infusion of Cinchona.
The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives delicately red reflections and a further soft and complex note, in true Cocchi style.
It is a rare "evening vermouth" and was called After Teatro due to the Piedmontese tradition of drinking a small cup of fresh vermouth accompanied by a lemon peel in the evening, perhaps after having attended some performance in one of the historic theaters of the capital Savoy.

Ingredients: wine, sugar, alcohol, infusion of aromatic herbs and spices.
Close the bottle with its cap after opening.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a month.
