Another cheeky bin from North Star that we managed to salvage with our batch 016 allocation. This 2007 Dailuaine was bottled from a 14 year old sherry butt refill for North Star Spirits Batch 015, producing a whopping 659 bottles with a tempting 52 .5% - this should be delicious.

Nose: black cherry and molasses.

Palate: Waxy cinnamon and freshly baked croissant.

Finish: Ginger shots soaked in your black coffee.
