TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Ripe ruby red in color and of good intensity.
NOSE: The sweet and pulpy red fruit marries with sweet spices to then leave room for notes of medicinal and delicately spicy herbs.
PALATE: Full and satisfying. The body with excellent structure finds the right completion to its harmony in the acid boost, resulting soft but equally agile on the palate.
Ideal with stews and braised meats with polenta, game, sliced beef with porcini mushrooms, lamb ribs and medium-aged cheeses.
Straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo per un vino fresco, fermo con profumi prevalentemente fruttati. Al palato risulta morbido, fresco abbastanza armonico. Consigliato per accompagnare nelle calde serate estive, piatti a base di verdure di stagione e piatti di pesce. Può anche essere utilizzato come aperitivo servito molto freddo.
