Dale Degroff Pimiento Bitter is an aromatic bitter created by master mixologist Dale Degroff with absinthe expert Ted Breaux in the Combier distillery in Samour, France. Pimiento Bitter was created using exclusively natural botanicals, without the addition of artificial flavourings, among which Jamaica Allspices, Jamaican pepper, stands out.
