PAIRINGS It pairs perfectly with red meats, game, dishes from the great Mediterranean cuisine, more or less mature cheeses, blue cheeses and grilled meats. To be poured into a Bordeaux glass, taking care to uncork the bottle at least an hour before.

TASTE Perfect fusion of ripe fruit flavors that evoke undergrowth, plum, hints of toasted wood and vanilla.

AGING Matured in small oak barrels.
