5060 Amaro Rurale is obtained from the distillation of more than 20 botanicals which give the product a concentration of aromas from our territory.
We carefully select fragrant herbs, meadow sage, wild fennel, mountain savory from the Alta Murgia Park, juniper from the Gravina forest, mentastri, marine salicornia harvested between Monopoli, Polignano and Otranto: botanicals carefully collected respecting their seasonality - always severed and never eradicated.
