Culture
To express all the particularities of our terroir, and the typicality of our vineyard (45ha in a single piece including 30 hectares of vineyard), we maintain a harmonious ecological balance by respecting the natural cycles of the earth, regenerating and permanently renewing the life of the earth. This is the basis of our commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture.

Territory
The terroir of our Côtes du Rhône Rouge is composed of siliceous sandstones and calcareous sandstones dating back to the Cretaceous Higher Education at the end of the secondary era. These stony, clayey-sandy surfaces facilitate good rooting soil and allow a balanced water regime. The surface texture of this terroir has a powerful texture with high calorific value linked to the notable stoniness. All these particularities combined with a south/southeast exposure contribute to the plant's low production, slow and regular maturation, promising optimal concentration and maturation of the grape berries.

Vinification/Aging
When placed in vats, a partial blend of grapes can be made. The grapes are destemmed, vinified for a long time without excessive extraction in thermoregulated tanks. During this period, some windings or unloadings can be scheduled. The free-run and pressed musts are assembled. There the malolactic fermentation and aging take place in vats. Bottling is carried out before the hot summer season.

Tasting/accompaniment
Nice fruity nose, charming and gourmand on the fleshy and rich palate with a beautiful structure, well-blended tannins, silky, round and fruity finish with great elegance.
