A beautiful golden color, a nose with floral hints.
However.
In the mouth a very marked minerality, aromas of
quince and citrus fruit enhanced by some notes
mint. It is a table wine, to be consumed together
white meats or with shellfish and more
creamed fish, it will also be good
dried cheeses

To express all the particularities of our
terroir, and the typical nature of our vineyard (45ha
of only one comprising 30 hectares of vineyard), us
we maintain a harmonious ecological balance
respecting the natural cycles of the earth
regenerate and permanently renew the life of
Earth. This is the basis of our commitment
organic and biodynamic viticulture.


The terroir of our Côtes du Rhône Villages Blanc is
composed of calcareous sandstones dating back to the Upper Cretaceous, the end of the secondary era. These stony, clay-sandy soils facilitate good rooting and allow for a balanced diet of water. The surface structure of this terroir has a high calorific value linked to the significant stoniness.
All these particularities combined with a south/south-east exposure contribute to the low production of the plant, with slow and regular maturation, promising optimal concentration and maturation of the grape berries.
