Grappa Storica Dieci Riserva company Domenis grappa aged in ancient oak barrels illuminates the glass with its amber color. Defined aromas, immense in variety and depth, tactile sensations that can only be experienced while tasting this aged distillate.
The distillation takes place in a discontinuous system with eight copper stills, with direct steam. The use of direct steam at low temperature (just over 100°), blown into the base of the stills, makes it possible to extract the volatile components from the pomace without damaging them, especially the aromatic ones. After in-depth selections to choose the intended batches, aging follows in ancient oak barrels, a wood that releases, even if reused, its characteristic amber color. A blend of grappas is then made with aging for at least 18 months, some younger, others aged in wood for a few years. This is always followed by careful refinement in stainless steel tanks.
Amber in colour, it fascinates with its determined and sincere aromas. She remains on the taste with a typical intensity, elegant in the duration and finesse of the olfactory scents.
