An Italian sweet wine among the most appreciated in the world
Ben Ryé 2021 has a golden color with bright amber reflections. With a very intense bouquet in which the notes linked to raisins stand out: apricot and candied orange peel; it also presents delicate hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it offers its proverbial and extraordinary freshness which balances the sweetness. The typical taste of dried Zibibbo is joined by countless other fruity sensations of aromatic herbs and honey. Its complexity is enriched by mineral notes and a very long persistence.

with caramelized duck, blue cheeses, foie gras, dry pastries and signature chocolate. Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine

Winemaking
Fermentation in steel at controlled temperature; hand-picked and selected raisins are added several times to the fermenting must. During maceration, raisins release their extraordinary heritage of sweetness, freshness and very personal aroma.
Refinement
in tank for 8 months and at least 12 months in bottle before being marketed.
