Espolon Tequila Anejo starts out as Blanco and ends up as something completely unique. First aged in new American oak for 10 months, it is then placed in deeply charred bourbon whiskey barrels and aged two months longer to create a character-rich tequila with a taste all its own. This is worth sipping, alone or with an ice cube.

AGED 10 MONTHS IN NEW AMERICAN OAK BARRELS

FINISHED FOR 2 MONTHS IN BOURBON WILD TURKEY BARRELS.

COLOR: Beautifully brilliant with a reddish-gold tone.

NOSE: Complex balance of toasted agave and wood, with hints of dried fruit and butter caramel.

TASTE: Medium to full body. Wonderfully balanced with a velvety mouthfeel. Subtle notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and even chocolate, intended for demanding palates.
