Offered exclusively in Jeroboam format, it is the Trentodoc that celebrates the victories of the great champions on the Formula 1 podium, standing out for its harmonious complexity.
It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. After the classic processes of white winemaking, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method with aging for over 55 months on yeasts selected in our own cultures.
